How can the employee control this process?

From aTurnos’ system you can create as many different queues as you need, and allocate those queues to be attended by the employees you consider appropriate.

  • The employee can select which queue attend, and do calls from their position.

  • The employee can see which clients are waiting to be attended, in the queue.

  • Once the client is in the place, activate time and attendance control.

Information through QR codes

One of the communication tools between client-enterprise, client-employee or between employees, are our QR codes. These codes offer information storaged in aTurnos about a determined work team , specifically about tasks made.

Through a QR code scan, an employee can verify if the cleaning task allocated to a colleague has been made, what time was it scheduled and what time was it finished.
