The process to control the client’s access to the company’s events , now is simple, this steps are configurable according to each necessity:

  1. Users generate the meeting or event inside aTurnos with a simple form, define which resources you precises and the number of those present in the meeting The present ones can be registered or left open to public inside a predefined rules.
  2. The clients and employees involved receive the notification of the event by different channels In case of being open, they dispose interfaces for Web for clients to be registered.
  3. One of the key channels is digital signage, for example in the entrance of the meeting or in the company’s entrance
  4. The person that manages the event, receives notifications when clients are registered in the event. For the event’s access control, the clients can identify themselves in the tactile kiosk simplifying and automating the process of installation access.
  5. Once the event starts, the agenda can be reviewed and make more time requests or notify of any lateness or incidence.
